Delivery Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

• Karachi: 1-2 business days
• Other major cities: 2-3 business days
• Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 business days

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are PKR 150 for orders below PKR 3,000. Free shipping is available for all orders PKR 3,000 and above.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is shipped.

Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Defective product (printing errors, fabric defects)
• Size exchange (subject to availability)

Conditions

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase required

Process

Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Accepted Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer (for advance orders)
• EasyPaisa/JazzCash

Payment Security

For bank transfers, we will only provide account details via official WhatsApp number. Never share financial information with unauthorized sources.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
